It’s really a no brainier that to keep your website fresh and active you need to constantly get feedback and constantly interact with your visitors to ensure you’re doing everything the way THEY want it done, after all… they are your customers!
A simple solution to this is to create forms, and these forms can come in many different sizes and variety’s such as: Contact form, Feedback form, Survey form etc.
It really doesn’t matter WHAT they do – but it’s a great way for users to interact with you and in turn become more profitable.
